Website Terms of Use

Legal identity

This website is operated by Supra Advocates and Legal Consultants, a Saudi one-person professional limited liability company with an active commercial registration. The lawyer licence number is 475190. It is referred to in these Terms as "SUPRA".

Nature of the content

This website provides general information about SUPRA and its work and publishes material for general legal awareness. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and no content should be relied on to act or refrain from acting without advice on the relevant facts and circumstances.

No professional relationship

Browsing the website or sending an enquiry does not create a lawyer-client relationship. A professional relationship begins only after SUPRA accepts the engagement, completes its conflict checks and enters into a written engagement agreement.

Accuracy and updates

We take reasonable care in preparing and updating content, but laws, regulations and practice may change. Articles state their latest review date where practicable. Official instruments and competent authorities remain controlling.

Intellectual property

The SUPRA name, mark and original website content are owned by or licensed to SUPRA. They may not be copied, republished or used in any substantial way without prior written permission, subject to uses permitted by law.

External links

The website may link to official or third-party sites for convenience. SUPRA does not control the content, availability or privacy practices of external sites.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SUPRA is not liable for reliance on website content as a substitute for advice tailored to particular facts, or for the use of an external site linked from this website. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and language

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If the Arabic and English versions differ, the Arabic version prevails.

Updates

These Terms may be updated when necessary. Effective date: 17 August 2026.

Privacy Notice

Controller and contact

Supra Advocates and Legal Consultants is the controller of personal data collected through this website. The lawyer licence number is 475190. To ask a privacy question or exercise a data right, contact info@supralawfirm.com.

Data we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, organisation, position, email address, contact number, request type and the summary you choose to submit. Website systems may also collect limited technical information needed for security and operation, such as IP address, server logs and language preference.

Purposes and legal bases

We use personal data to assess and respond to enquiries, conduct an initial conflicts check, arrange communications, protect the website, prevent misuse and comply with legal and professional obligations. Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on consent, steps requested before an agreement, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest that does not override the individual’s rights.

Required and optional fields

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). If required information is not provided, we may be unable to assess or respond to the enquiry. Other information is optional. Do not include highly sensitive information or confidential documents in an initial enquiry.

Disclosure and service providers

Personal data may be processed by providers of website hosting, email, security and technical support, only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and protection obligations. Enquiry-form submissions are currently processed via the firm's configured email server (SMTP). We may disclose data to a competent, judicial or regulatory authority where required by law, or to protect lawful rights in accordance with applicable law.

Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

If hosting, email or support services require processing outside the Kingdom, transfers are made only in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, the Personal Data Transfer Regulations and applicable safeguards.

Retention and destruction

Data relating to enquiries that do not become engagements is retained only as needed to assess the request, communicate and manage conflicts, and ordinarily for no longer than 12 months unless law or the protection of a lawful right requires longer. If an engagement begins, data and files are retained under the engagement terms, SUPRA policies and applicable professional requirements. Data is then securely destroyed or anonymised when there is no lawful purpose to retain it.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law and limitations, you may have the right to be informed, access your personal data and receive a copy, request correction or completion, request destruction where the conditions are met, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact info@supralawfirm.com to exercise a right. You may also complain to the competent personal-data authority.

Security

We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, use, disclosure or loss. No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely risk-free. Typefaces are hosted directly by SUPRA rather than loaded from a third-party font service, so visiting this site does not send a request to an external font provider.

Map

The contact page embeds a Google Maps view of the firm’s premises. Loading that page sends a request to Google, subject to Google’s own privacy practices, independent of this notice.

Updates

This Notice may be updated when processing practices or legal requirements change. Effective date: 17 August 2026.

Cookie Notice

What we use

The website uses essential functional storage to remember language preference and support core security and operation. Under the current configuration, it does not use advertising or tracking cookies and analytics do not run by default. If non-essential tools are introduced, this Notice will be updated and consent requested where required before they operate.

Legal Disclaimer

Published materials

Published materials are general, may not reflect a change made after their review date and do not address the facts of a particular matter. Do not send confidential information before acceptance of an engagement. Contacting SUPRA does not guarantee that the firm will accept the matter or create a lawyer-client relationship.
