About the Firm

About Supra

SUPRA is a Saudi law firm providing legal advice and representation to companies, boards, investors, family businesses and individuals across a focused range of practice areas.

We practise in accordance with the laws and professional rules governing legal practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our client relationships are built on confidentiality, clarity, independent judgment and careful attention to the client’s interests.

How we practise law

A lawyer’s role begins with understanding the client’s situation before turning to the rule that governs it. We identify the material facts and questions, understand the client’s intended outcome, and distinguish between what is settled and what may support more than one interpretation or result.

Complexity is not proof of quality. The more difficult the matter, the greater the need to organise and explain it so the client can understand the position, options and risks.

Our Vision
To be the trusted legal reference clients turn to before a decision, protecting their interests and contributing to sustainable value.
Our Values
Trust
We build professional relationships on confidentiality, clarity and keeping our commitments.
Integrity and independence
We assess the law objectively and distinguish between the client’s objectives, what the law permits and the risks attached to each option.
Responsibility
We define the scope and responsibilities clearly, manage the work carefully and keep the client informed of material developments.
Quality
Accuracy guides our analysis, drafting and procedure. We review legal work in a manner proportionate to the importance and complexity of the engagement.
Practical value
We aim to deliver advice that can be understood, contracts that can be implemented, strategies that can be applied and positions that can be defended.

How we work

01
Define the engagement
We identify the question or objective, the agreed scope, the information and documents required, and the intended deliverables.
02
Understand the facts and context
We review the facts, documents and relationships, identify missing or conflicting information, and understand the commercial or regulatory setting.
03
Identify the legal framework
We identify the relevant laws, regulations, contracts and decisions and distinguish settled points from matters open to interpretation or differing outcomes.
04
Assess the position and risk
We assess rights, obligations, strengths, weaknesses and the legal, contractual, regulatory and procedural consequences of the available options.
05
Recommend a course
We present the options clearly, explain their differences and give our professional recommendation when the matter permits.
06
Implement and follow through
Once the course is agreed, we carry out the drafting, negotiation, correspondence, procedure or representation within scope and revisit the strategy when developments require it.

Managing the engagement

Each engagement is handled at the professional level appropriate to its nature and has a lawyer responsible for follow-through and communication. Where additional specialist input is required, it is arranged in accordance with the engagement, the client’s approval and applicable professional rules.

When the professional relationship begins

Sending an enquiry does not begin a professional relationship. The relationship begins only after SUPRA accepts the engagement, completes its conflict checks, and agrees the scope, fees and engagement terms in writing.
